Project involved bringing an existing mixed use building in downtown Stockton up to latest codes along with exterior upgrades. Major work included renovating the exterior with new storefronts, new windows at the residential level, stucco, parking lot upgrade, gates/metal work, and new railings. First floor commercial space was brought to a cold shell for future tenants.
