Tenant improvement for a new barber shop located at the 855 Brannan St. mixed use retail/residential building in San Francisco, California. We provided the installation of all finishes, mechanical duct work/exhaust fan installation, plumbing for new sinks and salon chairs, and all electrical for equipment, outlets, and a new title 24 compliant lighting system. We performed slab infill work to level the slab which had an existing vapor barrier system.
