Ghirardelli Square – Small Retail Suite

This project involved the conversion of approximately 300 sq ft of unusable space in the Ghirardelli Square landmark building into a leasable small retail suite. Bhogal Bros provided MEP design build services along with all finish and store front work. MEP scope involved new electrical for the space, multi-level plumbing to locate an electric water heater in the space, and a new HVAC unit. There is also a small prep kitchen so the space can be leased to a sandwich shop, juice bar, or other pre-cooked type food business.
