Gobi Mongolian Emeryville

Second location completed by Bhogal Brothers Construction for Gobi Mongolian Grill in Emeryville. 3000 sq ft TI complete design build. Scope included all mechanical (tie into landlord provided units and complete all controls plus start ups), electrical – new fed from building switchboard for the space, fire sprinkler/fire alarm design build sub contracts, and all rough/finish carpentry for a complete turnover to our client.
