Transformed a modest 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home in the up and coming Allendale neighborhood of Oakland. Added a full bathroom to the floor plan and constructed a high end chefs kitchen perfect for entertaining and luxury living. We provided design services for the plan check process, interior design services for fixture and finish selections, and all construction for the property upgrade.
