New 1800 square feet ground up dental practice in Hayward located right on the busy thoroughfare of Jackson St/Highway-92. Scope included demo of existing structure, planning support with City of Hayward, site grading/prep-work, and design build services. Bhogal Bros handled all architectural, civil, landscape, irrigation, structural, and MEP design engineers under a single contract. Highlights of the project include structural steel design and installation for the domed portion of the building, open ceilings with exposed duct-work, modern finishes, open floor plan, and non-linear lines highlighting the high ceilings.
