New restaurant located in the historic Ghirardelli Square landmark building in San Francisco, California. Project included MEP design build services along with complete renovation of base MEP systems serving the suite which had deteriorated due to age. Construction services included installation of all equipment, finish work, fire alarm/fire sprinkler upgrades, coordination with building architect, and kitchen steel cladding for a turn key restaurant.
